Eat, Read, Talk: Young Professional Women's Book Club Pages

What to expect from this book club:

This book club is designed to be a place where women can gather and meet each other, discuss the book of the month and see where those discussions lead us.

All ages are welcomed and we have a wide mix of women which makes it fun. There are always multiple new comers to the group, so don't feel intimidated to come try it out.

For the most part we meet at someones house each month. We have snacks and drinks that we all bring (you don't have to bring anything, we usually have loads of food). We socialize for a bit before discussing the book.

After the book discussion , we bring up the books we are interested in reading. If there is a book you've been wanting to read this is your chance to bring it up. We then vote on the book - you can vote as many times as you want. We will narrow it down to one book based on the votes. The other books will be posted on the website so you can keep track of any you thought were interesting.

For the most part we try to pick books we think could garner some discussion and are old enough that we can get at Half Price Books or the library if people want to go that route.

We also meet up for happy hour and/or brunch once a month to get to know each other better. We are always looking for new places so bring your suggestions.
