To qualify for buying this unit, your household income must fall between approximately $35,000 and $64,400 (depending on household size). You need to EITHER be a first-time homebuyer, have enough money to put down a large downpayment, have not owned a home in the past 3 years, OR have other special circumstances (such as divorce) that would enable you to qualify for the special loans.

If we invite you to an interview you will need to submit additional financial information, due at the time of the interview. This includes three years of tax returns, recent pay stubs, and a credit report, both to verify that your income is not too high, and to make sure you will be able to get a loan. You will also need to prequalify for a loan within a few days of the interview. All financial information will be kept confidential.
