Body of Wisdom:(Un)Common Meal w/David Weinstock of Liminal Somatics (Berkeley)

Join us for a community-made meal with a visiting cohouser/body-wisdom teacher

with David Weinstock (from Wise Acres Cohousing near Seattle)

Experience the essence of community - dining together, this time in conversation with EBCOHO members and our friend David Weinstock, who led an EBCOHO workshop last year. Compare notes about community living.

The feast, lovingly prepared by Berkeley Cohousing member Alice Green in the Nourishing Traditions cookbook based on Weston A. Price nutritional theories, features:

  • cranberry bean soup
  • homemade kim chee
  • creme fraiche
  • local organic green salad
  • naturally leavened bread
  • cultured butter

This dinner will be limited to 15 participants. Advance registration and payment required so we know how much to prepare.

$5 discount  for EBCOHO Supporting Members and members of EBCOHO Supporting Groups.

Hi Raines, My partner and I would love to attend tonight. I have a couple of questions:

    1. Can we bring our two boys 4 and 5 year old?
    If not
    2. Can we come later, around 6:30-6:45? We've been challenged getting a babysitter.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you,
    vered
