Co-housing/intentional community ideally is a melding of self-interest and the Social Contract. It should provide a humane alternative to the isolating realty realities that are the USA of today.
I'd like to arrange a few short(1-2 week) co-housing sublets in Bay Area between now and 9/1/2014. I'm planning on returning to SF Bay area and want to begin re-connecting and searching for a permanent co-housing home.
Oakland/SF. Ideally, I would become bi-coastal sharing in two i.e. SF Bay area and Philadelphia.

I arrived late and didn't really have the social skills to mingle. There were a lot of people. It was hard to sort out who was there for the cohousing and who were just there to socialize.
