How did you hear about East Bay Cohousing?

By doing a web search for intentional communities, specifically in the bay area. It seems to be the most up-to-date place to find out about openings.

What does Cohousing mean to you?

A group of people who intentionally decided to live in a certain space together and to share certain resources and events and who make many decisions together and who enjoy each other's company and learn and help each other.

What's most likely: Rent, Buy, Share, Build, Co-create?

For us, the most likely will be to rent/share right now. We are looking for family-friendly housing (we have a 1 year old and the house has to be relatively baby-proof). We need to move at the end of January. We would love to find a place that has other children.

Where are you most interested in living?

We like the Berkeley/Oakland area. Any relatively safe area is ok for us, we just don't want to be too far away from SF because we go there on a regular basis. Other than that, we are open.

Hello. My partner and I have been living in the bay area for about a year now and have a 1 year old baby. Im from the east coast and am an artist.
