Introduction

I've been considering cohousing for many years.

How did you hear about East Bay Cohousing?

Can't recall--I've been familiar with them for years.

What does Cohousing mean to you?

My interest is in a community that is serious about growing a significant amount of their own food. Most cohousing developments I've visited have a garden that is no larger than my own, ie, they are food consumers, not food producers.

What's most likely: Rent, Buy, Share, Build, Co-create?

Buy/build/co-create.

Where are you most interested in living?

East Bay or North Bay.

  • Hi, Bob, I know you will be attending the party this Sat. I still would appreciate a ride from somewhere near the Richmond Annex (Carlson and I80), or from a Bart Station. Do you still have any space in your car? Of course I would share in costs. Thanks.

  • Hi Bob,
I am looking forward to meeting you and talking about your gardening. I am an "urban" farmer myself and now preserve/can during the summer and raise my own chickens for eggs.

  • Bob, thank you for your great feedback on the Google Hangout held by Anne Hill interviewing Laura Dawson of Bowker. It is so helpful to know how people experience this technology. See you soon!
