I hope to join or perhaps even help create a cohousing community here in the Bay Area. Have been interested in it for years and have a nascent web site: www.cohousing.keller.com/
Attended a tour a year ago.
My future home!
SF if possible, but East Bay may make more sense financially. Something rural may prove a good choice given the inevitable eventual effects of climate change... Tough decisions that must be made soon.
Raines and Betsy are creative and committed. Kudos!
Hi Dan - I went to the SF co-housing meeting on Saturday last week - but I have not heard from anyone about pairing up new members with older members, or more meetings? Can you please tell me what the December 15th meeting is and who is invited? Rene B.
I DID hear John speak at the Co-Housing Conference last summer, was in a workshop with him. Couldnt find his book at Green Apple OR Books Inc. Got your message and YES I do need to read over material, do I need to print it out for tomorrow? my email address is [masked]. Thanks for your assistance, bro. Rose Berryessa
Thanks so much for stepping up as a supporting member of East Bay Cohousing, Dan. It was great to see you last night at the Happy movie (don't forget to RSVP next time, as sometimes we do turn away folks who aren't on the list). We're looking forward to seeing you on the Hunter's Point tour June 11 - let's build some community in the city! P.S. You may want to update your member profile, as it points to a website that appears to be abandoned.

Let's get together and find or build "your future housing", as you put it, Dan. I'm looking forward to seeing you at tonight's gathering in SF, as we put people together to move forward on several different projects.
