Since our Evanston neighborhood was recently historically landmarked, we are resolute about alternative energy and conservation fountainheads (questionable pun). Hundred year old two flats with flat roofs should be ideal for solar and wind power.

Next time we would like to organize and host a post-lecture gathering -just to establish our collective interests and histories. My guess is that we have enough savvy, enthusiasm, and diversity within the group to establish monthly meet-ups, with or without a "professional" speaker.
