Announcing a new Meetup for Economist readers!
What: HSBC Soapbox in Madison Square Park
When: July 16,[masked]:00 PM
Madison Square Park
23rd St. & Broadway
Manhattan, NY 10010
Our meetup has been invited to join this event. It runs from 12pm to 8pm. It looks like the sort of event that gets interesting conversations going. There should be lots of other people at the event, so don't judge attendance by just our groups rsvp's.
Show up. Speak up.
They say New Yorkers are the most opinionated people in the world. True? Well, HSBC, "The world's local bank," wants to know what New Yorkers value and is inviting them to step up on to a soapbox and share their values on a variety of thought provoking topics, including: immigration, education, environment, marriage, privacy, fast food, jobs, children and technology. Let's hear it New York - because, only by better understanding what you value, can HSBC better meet New Yorkers needs.
HSBC invites you to step up on their soapbox to express yourself on Thursday, July 16 at Madison Square Park. Participants who step up on the soapbox may have a chance to appear in a future HSBC online advertising campaign. Check out all of the exciting events throughout the day including a live performance muralist, a values video wall, free gifts and more!
Where: Madison Square Park (23rd & Broadway)
When: Thursday, July 16th, 12-8pm
Why: The more HSBC looks at the world, the more we recognize that when people talk about money they are really talking about the things they value - things you won't find on a bank statement. That's why HSBC is asking people to express their true values. By understanding what you truly value, we can truly meet your needs.
