Run, walk or hike the Baden Powell Trail

Would you like to explore and get to know the BP trail? Every Sunday at 9am we will start at a different location. Run, walk or hike at your own pace 30 mins out and 30 mins back. We will start and end as a group however you will set your own pace so may be alone for much of the time. And, of course there is always the option to go for breakfast afterwards.

Please come prepared to take care of yourself with food, water and emergency supplies. Although this is our backyard, it is the wilderness.

ill post a picture of the map showing aid stn 10 to help you next time there is a hike starting at this point. It is on the way up to Mount Seymour, past the 3km marker on the right side.

Jennifer you missed a great run! The Knee Knacker trail map is one of, if not the best, map of the BP trail and the trail itself once your on it is one of the best marked trails on the Shore. That being said, it is the wilderness so it does take a bit of effort to orient yourself. If you plan to attend in the future let me know and you can meet me at a landmark in the city and follow me to the trail head.
