What type of edu tech are you developing?

I have developed a simple programming environment (I have called it PencilWorks) and worksheets to deliver programming workshops in schools. Currently the program is written in Greenfoot Java and introduces basic sequential instructions for drawing simple shapes. The workshops encourage algorithm design and will include repetition, modularity and conditionality. The workshops are currently being tested in my local primary schools through an initiative at my college, which I am working on voluntarily and in my own time. I have designed the sessions to be delivered rather than self-taught although the simple nature of the session should lend itself to staff development activities that could allow a member of school staff to deliver the sessions themselves for different groups.

I am a lecturer in FE, currently teaching programming, networking and computational maths. I have been running student projects to teach basic programming in local primary schools and want to take a step forward and to do this as a small business.
