Buying Distressed Income Properties in Emerging Markets

  • Mar 26, 2012 · 7:15 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

We will discuss several markets in Canada and the U.S. and several distressed, REO income properties I am currently purchasing. Includes bank-owned storage facilities, newer multi-family properties, and rental homes in good areas. An example of a rental home is a newer 3/2 house (built in 2005) in a decent area of town that recently sold for $18 000 in one of the U.S. markets in which I am actively purchasing.

I am buying multi-family and single family properties locally, as well as in cities such as Phoenix, Detroit, and Las Vegas.  We can discuss deals in these various cities.  Question and answer session to follow.

This date and location is finalized, so please RSVP as seating is limited.  The meeting will include networking time, valuable information on the most recent market conditions of several profitable cities, and an audio visual presentation.  Doors open at 7:10 pm and presentation will begin at 7:30 pm sharp!  Presentation will end at 9 pm with networking time afterwards.
