EL Presents!

Mindfulness & Equanimity - The Ultimate Practice:

If there was something that we could do that could change our lives forever, what would it be? How about a practice that promotes unconditional love, acceptance, non-judgement, peace, and harmony? One that we can apply to ourselves and to all others? One that has been used for centuries by various spiritual traditions, particularly Buddhism, and, in the past fifty years has been adopted in the West as one of the most important tool that help people  to improve their lives? The combined practice of mindfulness and equanimity provides such a path!

This will be an experiential evening. Learn and practice this technique in a fun and relaxed atmosphere, and discover  how you can apply it to all the areas of your life. I invite you, in the next few weeks, to think about how you can apply it in your own life, and how it might be beneficial for you

I think it was interesting and informative. I like the idea of practical exercises. I think anyone can do this regardless of physical ability. I would like to attend again in Sept. Thank you.

Apologies - can't make this one. Something's just come up. But, like Shayne, I too will be practicing mindfulness.

I hope you all have a wonderful and fulfilling meeting tonight. I will practice mindfulness of non-self by sitting this one out. Just got cough/cold symptoms yesterday afternoon and I don't want to pass it on to you all. Have a great time tonight; I'll see you all at the next meet-up. Namaste. :-)

    Hi Folks:
Mindfulness is a powerful practice to help us live our lives more fully present with, more curious about, more compassionate towards, and less judging of ourselves and others in each moment. Why not start right now! I look forward to hosting next EL Presents on June 27, and exploring this life improving tool with you.
