Join Educators for One City

Everyone interested in enhancing the educational experience of our youth are encouraged to attend and meet with others of like mind. EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED!

Please come and share with a wonderful group of teachers, administrators and other educators. Participants from other similar groups are also welcome to attend. This is a combined meetup with other Meetup groups interested in spiritual, personal, economic and community development.

The first step is to get to know each other better to see if we are ready to work together harmoniously with appreciation, forgiveness and understanding. These monthly community events provide opportunities to develop more allies for the project and to connect with others interested in similar topics. Express your interest to the co-organizers and followup.

WHEN: 12:30PM TO 2:30PM on the third Sundays of each month.

Admission and networking is free, self-pay for food or drink. We begin with networking conversations over lunch. Then there will be a round of self-introductions followed by more networking. Feel free to bring a friend! There will also be tables in the 2nd room for those who are not interested in general networking. You can sit at one or multiple tables.

Nearest metro station to the Burma Restaurant is Gallery Place/Chinatown (red, green, yellow lines) follow Chinatown, 7th and H Street NW, exit.

There is free parking on the streets on Sundays, and also there is paid parking, entrance near 740 6th St. NW, DC at Gallery Place.
We look forward to meeting you. 3rd Sundays are opportunities to put into practice spiritual principles and connect with others in the community as allies bridging cultural divides.

Another really great meetup. I go to this meetup every month and it never fails to produce great connections and an enjoyable atmosphere. I made two great contacts that have a lot of potential. I also set four sample sessions with potential clients. I also, love the food. Especially the Curry Chicken. I highly recommend this meetup to anyone who is looking for friends, clients, contacts, or just a good time.

Interesting to meet educators as well as educators who are now coaches and social entrepreneurs! Fortunately we can meet at the same time and place to save on logistics each month!
