Get StrongHer is a Womens strength and conditioning fitness studio in Sacramento. We specializes in helping women unleash their inner athlete to get strong, fast and LEAN.

About once per month we invite you to join us for a FREE community training session in our private women only studio.

We GET YOU INTO SHAPE by using cutting-edge workouts that are PROVEN by science to make you lose fat and tone you up as FAST and as SAFELY as possible...

If you’re like most women who want to lose fat and get into shape you probably feel like you don’t have the time or motivation to get to your fitness goals on your own... I completely understand... hey, I’m super busy too... so here’s what I’ve done...

I've created highly effective 45-minute workout routines...

The workouts are short, fast-paced and FUN. And most importantly, they'll have you LOOKING BETTER and FEELING MORE ATTRACTIVE in no time.

You'll be "shaping up" in less time than it takes you to watch your favorite TV program!

All workouts are in our indoor, private WOMEN ONLY studio. It's doesn't smell like a locker room and there are clean bathrooms where you can change clothes.
