The Melbourne Emergence Meetup Group Monthly Meetup

While there will need to be a change during the year, at this stage we hope to be able to continue meeting during early 2012 in Melbourne University's ICT building second floor seminar room 206. The building is on the west side of University Square and quite close to The Corkman where we head for dinner afterwards).
During 2012 we will be:
- encouraging wide ranging discussion of the emergence of organisation across the great domains: social, biological, physical and computational; and how that understanding might guide us to act in the world;
- sharing updates on our projects: Kororoit Institute Proponents and Supporters Association Inc., Bill's TOMOK papers, Tony's new cellular automata metaverse, Adam's Humanity+ and Singularity Summits, and our battles against academic/bureaucratic resistance.
