Here's a great workout for legs and glutes with really great people as well!
We run to the Goldenrod footbridge, to the beach bluff, turn left and run to Poppy Beach, run/walk the ramp 1-5x, turn around, back to the beach stairs, back to Goldenrod to the start. It takes about an hour and is 3-4 miles.
We have all speeds from walkers to front runners! Pets welcome too!
