•• ~energize flow~ will also be a part of the Brisbane City Council's RAW (Real Adventure Women) Summer program ~ women's only classes commencing in the park from October-March.
•• Summer classes will increase to include sunrise 6am class & sunset 6pm weekly class again.

A private Reiki session is a wonderful way to compliment your ~energize flow~ experience. Reiki meaning 'life force' is a beautiful subtle yet powerful energy healing art that accelerates your body's natural healing process bringing about balance & harmony physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Reiki healing treatments are available by private appointment exchange $60 for 1/2-1hr session. Experience a Reiki healing treatment before July 31 for only $40. * Limit one discounted session per person for the period.
