Drinking Beauty, Dancing Chi

Summer is an especially precious time to get outside and enjoy the beauty and energy that is available in Nature. Qigong offers us some ways to drink deeply at the fountains of beauty available here in New England. Whether you prefer oceans, mountains, gardens, beaches or city parks, let yourself drop into a fuller awareness of your surroundings and let yourself get fed. I'll be sharing some qigong that I particularly enjoy doing outside. Weather permitting, we will start our gathering outdoors, and then move inside before the bugs take over.

I always love these meetups. I leave more centered and relaxed then when I got there.
The book I mentioned is an e-book called The Fourth Awakening by Rod Pennington and Jeffery A. Martin. It's available as a book and an e-book.. It's well written, intriguing suspense story with spirituality discussed throughout. Its hard to put down. I've started on the next book in the series- also really good.

Looks like we will be meeting indoors at FCU since the weather isn't particularly inviting.

We'll meet at the parking lot across from the church at 7pm, step into Fay Park right next to it for some qigong, then head inside (the cool downstairs area) later to dodge the bugs. Bring bug spray and your water bottle.

Sorry I can't make this one. I'll be camping in the Wht Mnts

    smell of balsam firs !
