About Martin White
Martin White is Managing Director of Intranet Focus Ltd. He has been tracking the search business since the mid-1970s and is increasingly being asked to advise organisations on the development of a search strategy and the enhancement of current search applications. He is the author of three books on search, with Enterprise Search being published as an e-book by O’Reilly Media in November 2012. Martin is the Chairman of Enterprise Search Europe and has taken part in the Enterprise Search Summit events since 2005. An information scientist by profession Martin is a Visiting Professor at the iSchool, University of Sheffield and is a Member of the British Computer Society.
