David Pierce, CEO of Advection.NET

David is the CEO of Advection.net, a Video Delivery Network (VDN) specializing in global online video streaming and video downloads. In the past, David served as the CEO/President of Atari Inc, and has over 20 years of executive management experience at major media companies such as Universal Pictures, MGM, Sony Pictures and Sony Music Entertainment.

Andrew Toy, Co-Founder and CEO, Enterproid

Before Enterproid, Andrew was VP of Mobile and Syndication Technology at MTV Networks. In this role, he provided technological leadership for digital distribution of Viacom content serving cable brands including MTV, Vh1, Comedy Central, and Nickelodeon as well as online properties such as Gametrailers and Atom. Prior to joining MTV Networks, Andrew headed mobile application development for Morgan Stanley, specializing in mobile-video delivery as well as fixed-mobile convergent telephony. Before Morgan Stanley, Andrew was chief architect for Jarna Inc, a startup focused on enabling mobile workflows on event-based platforms. Andrew holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University, where he has also served as an associate lecturer.

 

Mazy Dar, Co-Founder and CEO, OpenFin

Prior to co-founding OpenFin, Mazy served as VP of CDS Strategy at IntercontinentalExchange (ICE) where he was responsible for ICE's CDS strategy and managed the company's CDS e-trading and processing platforms.  He also led ICE's launch of CDS central clearing for buy-side market participants.  Before ICE, Mazy served as Chief Strategy Officer of Creditex which was acquired by ICE in 2008.  

Mazy joined the firm in 2000, prior to the company's launch, and was a key architect of Creditex's innovative products and services. He spearheaded the introduction of e-trading for the CDS market and launched auction platforms and processing services which are critical pieces of today's CDS market infrastructure.  

 

Andrew Ferenci, Director of Product Development, Buddy Media

Prior to Buddy Media, Andrew was the co-founder and CEO of Spinback, Inc., a New York-based social commerce and analytics platform that was acquired by Buddy Media in May of 2011. Spinback created the first social analytics platform that allowed ecommerce retailers to track and guide conversions and ROI from social sharing across the web.

In 2011, Andrew was named on Business Insider's list of the Top 25 Most Influential People in New York Tech.  In the past, Andrew founded several other ventures, including MisoTrendy.com, NYCRandom.ly, and TheCollegeShack.com, which was acquired by Carolina Beach Apparel in 2010.

 

Paul Murphy, COO, Aviary

Paul leads Aviary's operations and business team, joining from Microsoft where he was Chief of Staff for the Office Division. Previously, Paul led Microsoft's consumer and online international business development team - responsible for the majority of Microsoft’s online equity and non-equity alliances outside the US. Paul spent several years living and working in the UK and India, where he led technology and strategy teams for Microsoft.

Prior to Microsoft, Paul co-founded and led engineering efforts for a content management startup. He studied computer engineering at Virginia Tech, and received his MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.
