1) Regular attendance

2) Dedication to coming prepared to contribute value to the community with expertise, experience, and networks.

A word of Advice, try to get there on time or a little early. The building has security and locks up quick. Can be difficult to get in if late.

Inexpensive parking in the Post Office Square lot under the park. After 5PM it is a flat fee of $7.

Even better is Parcel 7 will allow you in for $1 up to 2 hours or $3 up to 3 hours. Buy a pack of gum to get the required validation; note that rates at this garage jump to $28 if you enter before 5 or $18 after 5 if you stay over the 3 hours. Good deal the state of Taxachusetts puts out as they own that garage.
