What’s latest on Crowdfunding?

From: Peter
Sent on: Wednesday, June 19, 2013 12:41 PM

Our speaker for Thurs 20 June will be Ralph Patterson, CEO of BAE Workshop – who will discuss the pros & cons of the JOBS act and it’s impact on Crowdfunding.

 - What are the rules relating to the JOBS act?

- What are the best Crowdfunding sites?

- What are the (+/-) of Crowdfunding?

- Who gets funded on Crowdfunding sites?

- What creative ways are entrepreneurs using CF sites?

These questions and more will be answered by Ralph at this event.

Ralph has been the CEO of a start-ups , worked at HP for 16 years & Consulted for large & small companies (you never heard of). For nearly two years, he worked with Technology Ventures Corp (TVC), a government-funded company that helped entrepreneurs get funded by VCs. They had 358 clients over a period of years and 141 of them got funded. That’s 40%. Across the Bay Area less than 1% of start-ups get funded.  If you’re ready for Funding, come give us a try.

The Bay Area Entrepreneur's BAE Workshop is a nano-funding organization that prepares entrepreneurs for seeking venture capital. Learn more at www.baeworkshop.com.
