Looking for Mentors for Startups

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: > 10 years working at, with or having your own Startup at the ?C? level. Currently active or recently retired.
POSITION EXPERIENCE of CEO would probably be the best, but will also consider COOs & CMOs.
SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS: in ?Boot-strapping?, growing a Startup. Prepare to share these during an interview.
TYPICAL DUTIES: Meet with Prospects ? once every 2 weeks. Meet with Client ? once a month. Call Client weekly or bi-weekly to check progress. Conference Call with 5 Star Team every two weeks.
Advise on setting up Infra-Structure, Strategic Planning to grow the company. Help define the Vision, then do an Action Plan on how to accomplish (ie, hiring & managing their Team)
LOCATION: Our Clients are on Peninsula, South & East Bay of San Francisco. Be able meet them at a convenient location to both of you.
PASSION: Love to help Businesses, Startups to see them grow. Think Consulting is the greatest journey in life. Mentor & challenge Founder.
IDEAL CANDIDATE: retired ?C? officer of a Startup or Serial Entrepreneur ? who would like to do this mainly as a Community Service.
COMPENSATION: Startups are cash-strapped, so we would be lucky to get a monthly Fee. We usually get a future Equity share ? which could turn into a windfall, if they have a good Exit Strategy.
