Business RULES of THUMB

? START SMALL. Start with small solutions that solve real problems that people are having. See what works and build on that ? bigger & better.
? VISION. Keep your feet on the ground, but keep reaching for the stars for your dream.
? A CLEAR IDEA is one that fits on the back of a Business card.
? ELEVATOR SPEECH. For a great "elevator pitch", figure out what is unique about what you do; make it exciting, keep it simple, write it down, practice it, and you?ll be ready when that big opportunity walks up!
? COMMUNICATING It is useless to be very creative and have a great idea, unless you can also convince others on how great it is!
? STARTING A NEW BUSINESS Do not start a new business, unless you can wait at least 1-2 years before getting something back.
? LEARNING. Stay open. There are good teachers & situations to learn from everywhere. The more you learn, the better you can run your company.
