Silicon Valley Entrepreneurs - East Message Board › Calling All Founders – marketing knowledge survey
Scotts Valley, CA
If you have ever launched a company, we want to hear your story.
Silicon Strategies Marketing and SandHill.com are co-sponsoring a survey of founders and start-up CEOs, probing their memories concerning what they knew about marketing. If you have ever been a founder or CEO of a start-up, then we’d like to hear from you ASAP!
The goal of the survey is quite simple. We want to measure what founders/CEOs did and did not know about marketing when they launched their first start-up. We are assessing not only what they knew but how it may have affected their go-to-market success or lack thereof.
The survey is short, and contains mainly scaling questions (e.g., “On a scale of 1-to-10 …) which means you and other founders will breeze through it. Though not required, we leave you ample places to tell your stories – opine on how your depth or shallowness of marketing strategy knowledge affected you, your company, and your success in the market.
Once we have all the answers, results will be published first at SandHill.com and later at Silicon Strategies Marketing.
Click on the survey link if you have ever been a start-up founder (otherwise, please don’t take the survey). If you know a current or former founder, please send this message along to them. The survey is 100% anonymous.
