Sylvia will discuss and help you better understand the key components of the healthcare reform legislation, and how it will affect you individually and as a business owner.

Sylvia Oliverez (CA Lic# 0B78529) has nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, and is a licensed broker and account manager in employee benefits. Sylvia holds a B.S. in Business Administration & Economics and graduate certificates in Public Relations and Human Resource Management. She is also a certified fitness instructor with more than 30 years of active practice. Leyla Hanson is a CPA with over 20 years in corporate accounting and tax. Since 2003, she has had her own CPA firm in Sunnyvale. Leyla’s practice is devoted to tax planning and tax compliance with respect to individuals and small businesses, primarily focused on S corporations, partnerships, and sole proprietors. Leyla has a Master of Science in Taxation from San Jose State University, an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management (more commonly known as Thunderbird), and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
