Here is an interesting opportunity from our member Nils:
We’re organizing an afternoon conference at Canary Wharf for which we bring 24 entrepreneurs from US-based companies over to Europe. All these companies are actively looking to expand (further) in Europe, and our London event is one of four during a pan-European Road Show.
On the afternoon of March 5, Disrupting London will take place on the entire 39th floor of One Canada Square in Canary Wharf. Level39 is the largest technology accelerator space in Europe and will open its doors for the very first time with our conference.
Because we have this great venue, we can offer a good number of conference passes for very little money. I would like you to ask you to create a MeetUp for one of your groups, and your members can sign up for only 49 pounds (which should cover our catering costs). Attached the program; keynote by Huddle co-founder Andy McLoughlin, presentation by fastest growing software company in the world in 2011, HubSpot. It should be a fantastic opportunity you can offer your members. We’ll also have Steven Sprague fly in. Mr. Sprague is President of Wave Systems Corp., a publicly traded technology company that is one of the 9 board members of the Trusted Computing Group (along with Microsoft, Intel, IBM, Fujitsu, Lenovo, HP).
The first 50 people to sign up at DisruptingLondon.com with code London Entrepreneur can get the full conference pass for only 49 GBP (instead of 249 GBP).
