About Jennifer

Jennifer Mounce, SPHR is an executive coach and founder of Coach Effect, a leadership & organizational effectiveness boutique. She is a published author and speaker in addition to coaching and consulting with individuals and organizations. Jennifer’s passion lies in creating helping individuals and organizations achieve desired outcomes faster. Jennifer has significant experience coaching entrepreneurs, mid- and senior level leaders, facilitating workshops, and consulting on employee engagement.

Workshop facilitation includes a variety of topics such as: coaching skills, courageous communication, EI skill building, and interviewing for no bad hires. Jennifer's employee engagement consulting work has found her creating unique hybrid approaches to client challenges, implementing 360 feedback systems, designing strategic plans to effectively utilize employee survey feedback, and conducting appreciative inquiry-based assessments.
Jennifer’s 15+ years of experience spans from start-ups to Fortune 100’s. Jennifer is a graduate of Coach University’s Coach Training Program. In addition, she received her Bachelors in Speech Communication from University of Illinois; Master’s in Human Resource Management from Loyola University Chicago; and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources. Jennifer can be found on her road bike, at a spin class, or going for a hike when not working.
