Events by Jennifer is giving away a free Event Design and Coordination Package valued at up to $3000 to lucky couple planning to be married within a 75 mile radius of Seattle, Washington.
Enter by writing to Events by Jennifer about your Event and why your event deserves to win free event design and planning services in 750 words or less.
Please include the following details: Date and Time of event, Anticipated Number of Guests, Location of Event, Approximate Budget, brief description of Event Style (if applicable).

Event must take place within 12 months of winning the Contest. Only one entry per person.
Contest starts 08/01/2009 and Ends 08/31/09.
Event design and planning services include but are not limited to:
Initial meeting to determine event style, budget, details and needs
Budget analysis and management
Timeline to event and monthly updates
Vendor and venue research
Scheduling vendor meeting and assisting with selections
Review vendor contracts
Maintain regular contact and communications with vendors
Menu and beverage recommendations
Invitation wording and guidance
Complete event design
Complete orchestration of entire event/party/ceremony/reception
Assistance with transportation arrangements
Guest list management and seating arrangements
Day of coordination, set-up and strike
One fully trained coordinators on site for event day management
Design and distribute day-of itinerary to on-site vendors and other specific individuals
Assistance with placement and management of various event details (ie: decor, guest book, floral, favors, menu cards, table and escort cards, gifts, etc.)
Gather and return to designated individual items to be returned to host (not responsible for items missing or broken).
