If you want to make a difference, live in community, share resources, know your neighbors REALLY well and live a prosperous life while reducing impact. This is my offering. This is my mantra! :-)
Hi Ann, Thanks for the greeting. Yes, I was at the Maitri House event on Sunday and that's where I learned about the meditation-friendly co-housing initiative and about this Meetup. I'm very interested in that effort and would love to see it come to fruition.
Thank you for your open-door invitation :)
Ann, I'm not sure what's going on. I've been a member of this meet up for years and have attended meetings. You and I talked about it at one of the recent BuddhaFest events. Somehow I fell off this list or out of the group. Are there now two groups? I am thoroughly confused and very sorry not to have known about the planning for a new meditation cohousing community.
Thanks for the welcome. I think I'll go to the co-housing meeting tomorrow night. Are you planning to go?
Thanks for the nice greeting!
Thanks so much. John told me about your meditation cohousing group and I find the idea very exciting. As a matter of fact, I was intending to call you within a few days to discuss something. Our group is moving along rather rapidly at this time and I have something I want to discuss with you.
Hi Ann. Yes, I am an avid sailor with my own boat. I have only just learned about cohousing and I'm very interested in learning more. I am also looking forward to learning more about this meetup group and how it works. Do members just get together to discuss cohousing and learn more or are any of the members actively trying to establish cohousing communities? Thanks for the welcome! - Marlan
I own land in Adelphi, next to the U of Maryland College Park campus.
It is available to anyone willing to work it.
Thanks for the welcome note. I look forward to meeting you and some of the other people in this group.
