Climate Chat: How to cook a planet, or not: Diet for a hot planet

Join SanDiego350.org for a “Climate Chat” on the relationship between food and climate. Climate Chats are informal gatherings to share information about climate change and provide diverse opportunities to discuss and work with the information in small groups.

This Climate Chat centers on an area that is within our individual control – what we eat. SanDiego350.org will present information gathered from various, recent studies that will help us look at the contributing factors to climate change, how food production, transportation, storage and consumption fit into the picture, and what each of us can do about it. The event will include a presentation, group activities, and plenty of time for discussion.

Need verification of address as Google maps shows Third Avenue as a Chula Vista address, but 3rd Avenue as downtown San Diego. I use public transportation, so the difference is significant! TY

sorry, the WRSC item in meetup has that version of the address. It is Downtown San Diego, close to Civic Center.

I believe the address is actually 3rd Avenue, not Third Avenue, the latter which is in Chula Vista, not downtown San Diego. Can you please verify?

Yes, you are correct. You can Google "World Resource Simulation Center" for further verification.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
