O: Pacific Palisades Hike in Topanga State Park To Parker Mesa Overlook

Spectacular view of Santa Monica Bay and L.A. Basin. Moderately strenuous, 2 hour, 5 mile round trip, 1100 feet total gain on fire road. For conditioned hikers, non-members are welcome. Sierra Club Rules of Conduct apply. You must sign a Liability Waiver (available at meeting place) to participate in this hike. Meet and sign in at 6:45 pm at Los Liones Drive at Sunset Blvd (0.3 miles from Pacific Coast Highway), then carpool 1.5 miles to trailhead. Bring flashlight. Optional dinner at restaurant after. Rain cancels.

      Sorry, this hike is definitely stenuous and is not appropriate for someone who is not already in good shape.
