Introduction

Hi I'm Linda and my son and I are fighting for my grandson his son to have a fair chance in life to have a relationship with both parents.. not just to be used for a babysitter..it's his right to be loved by everyone ..equal time..equal rights

Can't seem to get ahead as the Judge in the case conference didnt believe in equal time access so he just made another date for another conference..not till October

it seems father's have no rights..once the child is taken by the mother..its over she has all the rights cant even find out medical reports

Only answer if you like: What is the first thing you would change about the court systems if you could? And Why?

I would make all parents equal because the child has a mother and a father and both should be given equal time with their child. I would also make the parent getting child support account in a budget as to how this money is being spent on the child because we all know it is not being spent on the child

some Judges at the Surrey court should be made to take the parenting after sep. the judge we had did not think of the child and told us he has heard this all day and is tired of listening
