improving the approach to determine the "best interest of the children" by utilizing equal and universial measures based on the fact that children need both parents equally well in regards to time, rights, and monies spend.

almost 3 years since separation, several periods of times of no contact b/c of all kinds of (repeatedly proven) unfounded allegations "in the best interest of the children" have left me emotionally and financially drained.
