Introduction

I believe it is long past time for change in the way society intervenes in marriage and that change deserves to be positive and retroactive.

Only answer if you like: What was the smartest thing you did to get farther ahead in your quest for access or custody of your children?

Really hard for me to say. As I understand it I demonstrated a willingness to stand before a Justice of the Supreme court and argue on my feet for three hours. Otherwise I just feel I wore down the four lawyers she cycled through in two years by demonstrating that I was a decent, reasonable guy and this more than anything showed the value of the affidavits.

Only answer if you like: How long have you had difficulties/challenges with the courts and or your Ex?

The courts?- two and a half years of separation. I suppose that can change. With the cross I bear? ten years.

Only answer if you like: What is the biggest thing you wished you had learned sooner into your quest for Fathers' Rights?

I wish I had truly understood that marriage is really between you and a judge. A lawyer vetted pre-nuptial agreement needs to be de rigeur.

Only answer if you like: What is the first thing you would change about the court systems if you could? And Why?

I would take divorce out of the judicial system of law overseen by judges because it has become obvious that this is the least competent, let alone compassionate, means of dealing with human relationships.

More room to write anything you want. Start with what town do you live in, number & ages of kids, years since separation. Please make sure you use no names & keep everything "Anonymous".
