Created in 1995 by Dr. Madan Kataria in Mumbai, India. Laughter Yoga is an innovative & refreshing approach to physical, mental & emotional well-being through laughter and yoga breathing. In LY we laugh for no reason, so we do not use jokes, humor or comedy to laugh. LY is awesomenly simple and powerful body workout based on the fact that our body doesn't recognize the difference between real laughter or fake laughter.
We meet Tuesdays & Thursdays at North Shore Park, Miami Bach from 9:30 AM to 10:15. ($5 per session)
If you want to add more laughter to your life and get all the benefits that laughter brings to your health, come to laugh with us and let LY be your new aerobic exercise.
