The retreat accommodation is now fully booked so I recommend those that haven't already booked and wish to come find a B&B nearby and pay £75 which includes meals (excluding breakfast and Sat. night), contribution towards room hire, entrance to Chalice Well on Sunday & maybe a surprise or two!
The energy for this retreat is growing. Laughter, Upliftment and Enlightenment (!!!) is guaranteed. I love the metaphor of Zorba the Buddha which is a card in the Osho Tarot Deck. It says, "The character below is the very picture of a whole (wo)man, a "Zorba the Buddha" who can drink wine, dance on the beach and sing in the rain, and at the same time enjoy the depth of understanding and wisdom that belong to the sage. In one hand (s)he holds a lotus, showing that he respects and contains within himself the grace of the feminine. His exposed chest (an open heart) and relaxed belly show that (s)he is at home with his(her) masculinity as well, utterly self-contained.
This special retreat is based in Glastonbury also known as the Isle of Avalon. I have been to Glastonbury several times and magic happens! The feeling of Glastonbury is like coming home.
It is a mystical place where several ley lines cross on Glastonbury Tor including the (Archangel) Michael and (Mother) Mary line. King Arthur and Merlin are associated with Glastonbury and it is said Jesus and his Father, Joseph, stayed in Glastonbury. Joseph owned tin mines in Cornwall and Glastonbury was a stopping off point.
Another place we will visit is Chalice Well. The water from the well has special properties and many people feel its purity. This is the perfect place to meditate and be still.
We are staying at Shekinah Ashram. An ashram is a sacred space dedicate to spiritual learning and practises. There is a function room for our use where we can “play” and enjoy experiences created in the moment by us.
Dates: Good Friday to Easter Sunday: 29th-31st March
Price: £150 includes accommodation, all meals from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch except Sat. night, hire of function room, admission to Chalice Well, Organisation/Administration.
Accommodation: In the main house there are 3 shared rooms with 2 single beds & en-suite facilities. The house also has one single room for an additional £20.
Outside there is a yurt with a double bed and a cabin for up to 5 people. There is a £20 reduction for those staying in the cabin.

We do not have use of the function room on Friday night as it is being used for the bhajans.

Similarly on their web site it says caffeinated drinks are not available although, of course, on trips outside the ashram we can eat and drink whatever we want.

A request for payment will be sent via paypal and can be paid using your debit/credit card or via your paypal account if you have one.
