Edwina Rogers, Executive Director of the Secular Coalition for America, speaks December 1st on, “The Secular Movement—Moving Beyond the Base. ”Rogers will discuss the historic progress of non-theist organizations and how the Secular Coalition of America has worked to unify and facilitate its access to the nation’s decision makers. Following each Sunday platform is an opportunity for the speaker to answer brief questions from the audience. All the Sunday morning programs at the Ethical Humanist Society of Chicago are free and open to the public.
