Ellen Shepard: "Localism: Building Strong Economies, One Community at a Time"

Ellen Shepard is executive director of the Andersonville Chamber of Commerce and Development Corporation. Shepard will discuss how the path to real global prosperity is grounded in communities, with local business ownership, local relationships, local control and accountability for natural resources, and measuring what truly matters.

All are invited to Coffee Hour after the talk. The Sunday programs are free and open to the public, and childcare is available. For more information, please visit ethicalhuman.org.

I'll be riding my bike from the city, so I may be late...and sweaty.

I don't know if you've been to our building before, but we have a bike rack on the alley side of our building. See you then. Sincerely, Sue Walton, Sunday Hospitality Coordindator

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
