ah, ok. Then I'll try to leave work a little bit earlier than usual and I hope I will join you about 6pm.

Sorry about the confusion! So, you can come from 4pm onwards. If you have work, and have to come later, that is fine. We'll be around till 8pm.

sorry, I'm a little confused about the starting time on Friday... is it 4,5, or 7pm?
Posted by Filiz SchulzJune 16, 2010 at 2:29 PM
well i can not host any activity... but i could bring some papers for collage cards for example... it would be my first time as well...

OK, QUESTION: Would it change anything if we shift it to 5pm?? Some working people can't come earlier.
The only activity we have planned is show and tell, where we can ask each other questions on our work.
It will be nice to have a crafty activity, but I don't have a suggestion as yet, if someone wants to offer hosting a crafty activity, that would be nice.
Meanwhile, I've got an exciting package from Etsy already.
Now I'm just praying for the sun to come out on Friday!

Most importantly: Yourself! Followed by something made by you. Followed by food (if you really want to, but it will be provided.) See you there!

It will be outdoor in the garden if the weather is good, or indoors if rainy.

Yes! Great idea Ruth! We will have a just-in-case cafe. The only cafe I'm aware of big enough for us and has a huge table we can sit around is the Belgian cafe next the Planet Hollywood near Hofbrauhaus. Any other suggestions welcome.
Next to think about is a crafty activity we can do. Suggestions?

I just asked Matt, indeed we are planning one. Spoke to Katherine and Lili (LsLie) and we're leaning towards a picnic crafty meeting in the English Garden. Well, we wanted to make use of the sunny weather.
But we also wonder what other people's thoughts are.
