Monday night Euchre is always fun. I'm glad there was open discussion about another location. I will check out the info I have and get back to Michelle sometime next week.

Debbie, this is the first I have heard about your food being burned. Was this the first time. I know mistakes can happen and the menu isn't real condusive to an appitizer. At any restaurant, you can just ask for a redo if something isn't right. Panera does not enforce the private room, it is up to us to tell people to leave because there is no hostess to seat anyone.
The times I've been at Panera's the cardboard sign (the one I had used as a fan) is turned over to say reserved. I will check tonight again. Last week was only my 2nd time at Roadway. I haven't been there much this year because of family issues.
The sign has always been up every time, people just don't pay attention and Panera's does not police it either. The main problem is that Panera's won't commit to letting us play there every week or let us reserve months in advance to get the dates. Like right now, they would only let us reserve through September. Then there is the cards issue and I cannot commit to be there every week and don't always know in advance I won't be there the next week.
Louis, you are the first person that has complained about the food. If people don't like Roadhouse, tell me, don't try to find something on your own or talk around me, I don't appreciate that. The only thing I have heard is wining about spending money from a few people, nothing else.
Actually, the food at the Roadhouse is GAWD AWFUL. We all realize we need to spend money at any restaurant if we are taking up space and tables for 2 to 3 hours. We don't need a five star restaurant, but someplace, any place is better.

Panera's has a private room. Bellacino's has a private room in Stow but it costs too. We were playing there but using the dining room until we moved to O'Charlies. I personally don't care for the Roadhouse food, especially when our appetizer was burned last week. Roodhouse also asked us to leave at 8:45 last Monday.
There isn't anywhere we can play that is not going to have some cost involved, either for the room, which Roadhouse normally charges for and we are getting free. All they ask is that we order $5.00 worth per person to cover the wait staff. Panera is not great either because people have to go get their food and it isn't private. Anyone can go in there and sit down. We can't have it every week either.

Road house seems to be ok. I don't have any problem with the 5$ charge.
I checked with Delaney's, they are just off Tallmadge Circle. The spare room has 6 booths and 2 long tables, its not conducive for playing cards. The other problem is there is a $50 charge for the room.
