Over a long, award-winning career, author Sherrill Bodine has worn many hats. She has written category romance for Harlequin, stories for such magazines as Fate Magazine, Home Life Magazine and True Confessions, novels for Fawcett. Sixteen novels later, she has won the the Wisconsin Romance Writers of America Write Touch Readers' Award and Talk of the Town was
chosen by Cosmopolitan magazine as its "Red Hot Read" for February 2009. In 2010, she won the first-annual Bard contest from Evanston Writers Workshop.

In addition to novels, Sherrill has written a memoir about her experiences growing up with a developmentally-disabled mother, raising children while moving back and forth across the country 22 times, and traveling the world. In 2011, Sherrill joined the team of the graphic novel, Whispers from the Void, a comic created by Charles D. Moisant, scheduled to launch this

Sherrill will talk to us about writing in multiple genres, from romance to memoir, graphic novels and comics. She will answer any questions you may have about starting out, submitting to magazines and novel markets, writing in general, and her experiences in specific.

Sherrill's graphic novel publisher will also be there to talk about breaking into that medium and to answer any questions you might have.
