Hometown: brooklyn nyc
August 13, 2012
So many. Sunday morning ferry ride from 69th street pier to Staten island then to Manhattan with my Dad. Walking down the street and meeting Rod Serling. My 1st baseball stadium I attended was Ebbets field, Under the lights, I`ll never forget the moment my eyes engaged such a pretty sight. Hitting a ''spaldeen'' with a broomstick. Stickball.
the energy for sure,,truth from people, not what they`re supposed to say. I miss neighborhoods waking up. The sweeping the front sidewalk, a bakery`s aroma, getting through to work regardless of what Mother Nature throws you`re way, slushing and sweating away,it gets done. the sense that anything can happen around the next corner. Don`t miss? NYC is not a driving friendly place.
friends, family. Real pizza, bagels, heroes, corn beef, brisket, pastrami sandwiches. egg creams, Great lasagna from, even, any simple neighborhood pizzeria. and last but not least,Great Chinese Food!!
