Understanding what people really do, as opposed to what they say they will do, through observation and metrics. Identifying the underlying motivations and psychology that drive these behaviors so that organizations can provide a measurably better experience.
I would like to meet other UX professionals in my area and learn some new things along the way.
With 6 years of social science research experience, I currently work as a Senior UX Specialist at GEICO (ethnography, usability testing, journey mapping, survey analysis, IA, benchmarking, marketing, web metrics & corporate training).
