This year we have a delightful assortment of Texas food from local purveyors, friends from the Fort Worth Food Truck Park and and from the far reaches of Central Texas. We welcome Agave Tamales, B&L Polar Ice Express, Buffalo Gap Steakhouse, Del Norte Tacos, Eagle Mountain Farm Cheese, Fred’s Catering, Gepetto’s Pizza, HEB Grocery, Mi Familia, Red Jett Sweets, Revolver Brewing, Stumpy’s, Texas Cheese House, Texas Hill Country Olive Oil, Veldhuizen Cheese, Waterview, and Wenzel Lonestar Meat. Whether you are from right here in Granbury or anywhere else, there are new adventures for you at the Granbury Wine Walk.
$20 in advance tickets, or $25 at the event at Granbury Square Plaza, 205 East Pearl Street, Granbury, TX
Granbury is about 1.5 hours from downtown Dallas, please let me know if you'd prefer to book a hotel room for the night or drive back home after the festival (noon until 8:00 p.m.) Personally, I think Granbury is a lovely town with plenty to do the next day if people want to stick around over night.
Here is what the owner wrote to me about their hotel:
"We have availability for Sat, April 27 & can accommodate you with six queen doubles for your group of 12 ladies. You could have the same rooms on Fri night if you wish. The rate would be $65 + tax. (appx $36.75/pp) This includes a free hot breakfast, inc sausage, gravy, biscuits, cereal, waffles, fruit, pastry, etc. We are .7 mile from the square. Beside ample parking, the city has a free shuttle bus that runs by the motels each hour on the hour."
Please let me know if you'd prefer to stay the night or drive back home after the festival so I can notify the hotel accordingly.
