We're getting geared up for fall events to fundraise for Children's Cancer Research! Our goal is to bring more events to your area and create more opportunities for volunteers to get involved. Currently we would like to plan a Zombie Wedding Photoshoot that will benefit the fundraising campaign. In order to successfully execute and event like this, we'll need to first start by building an event planning team in your area.
We are looking for volunteers for the following:
Volunteer Recruiter - recruits talented volunteers to fulfill all roles of the photoshoot. (4-6 week commitment of 5-10 hours a week)
Marketing & Advertising - promotes events to attract donors and sponsors. (4-6 week commitment of 5-10 hours a week)
Event Day Coordinator - acts as main point of contact for the event in the weeks leading up to the event and on the day of the event. Coordinates the activities of the event so that volunteers get registered, get started on time, finish on time, and everyone knows exactly what they should be doing. (4-6 week commitment of 5-10 hours a week + event day)
