- General Announcements & Discussion

Seráh Blain will report on this year’s AZ Legislative Session & all of the delightful scuttlebutt regarding Arizona State Rep. Juan Mendez’s (D) secular invocation (composed by none other than Ms. Blain herself), and the ensuing controversy covered by USA Today, Huffington Post, MSNBC, etc. (links shown below). FFRF is honoring our Rep. Mendez with their “Emperor Has No Clothes Award” at the FFRF National Convention this September in Madison!! How great is that?!?!
Linda Brown, Development Director for the Secular Coalition for Arizona, will also be at the meeting so you will all get a chance to meet her too!
