Previously Jilliene was a Vice President at Union Bank, where the majority of her time was spent in Private Wealth Management working with the broker-dealer, registered investment advisor, real estate lenders and wealth planners. JEREMY ROLL – Jeremy has been an active real estate and business investor for over 12 years who left the corporate world in 2007 to become a full-time passive cash flow investor. He is currently an investor in over $300 Million worth of real estate and business assets. As President of Roll Investment Group, Jeremy manages a group of over 750 investors in the US and Canada who seek passive/managed investments in real estate and businesses. Jeremy co-Founded FIBI (For Investors By Investors) in 2007 with the goal of networking with, learning from, and helping other investors. FIBI now has 15 monthly chapters in SoCal and several out of state, with over 10,000 members in SoCal. Jeremy is originally from Montreal, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (for investing purposes only), has an MBA from The Wharton School, and is an Advisor for Realty Mogul, an online marketplace for real estate investors to invest in managed real estate opportunities that is being represented on the panel by Jilliene Helman. Eric is Vice President of MHP Funds, LLC, and co-manages multiple Mobile Home Park investment funds with his partners Dave Reynolds and Frank Rolfe. MHP Funds and their affiliated companies have the 18th largest mobile home park portfolio in the country with over 7,500 lots in 16 states. Eric holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at San Diego, and has been investing in real estate since 2005. In 2006 Eric joined the Board of Directors of the non-profit North San Diego Real Estate Investors Association, Inc. (NSDREI), one of San Diego's leading real estate education and networking organizations. He has served as President of the NSDREI since 2008. Eric also serves as an educator, mentor and consultant to other real estate investors and professionals.
