Real Estate Is More Than Just Rental Property
The Manhattan Beach Chapter of FIBI was started because we truly believe in the power of helping others invest without having to receive something in return. There will be no sales pitch at any of our events and we guarantee you will be educated via our unique panel format. Our years of real estate experience have allowed us to cultivate an incredible group of professionals that are smart, successful and willing to share their experience with you.
Each month, we will feature a topic that is critical to successful investing in real estate and invite a range of panelist that specialize on the subject. Besides us moderating the discussion to mine for the most relevant information, we will also encourage audience participation so you can get your questions answered.
Please come check out one of our meetings and we promise you will receive beneficial information, superb networking with other real estate investors and most importantly, NO sales pitch.
This month's meeting will cover alternative investment types such as notes, syndication's, seller financing, wholesaling, turn-key properties, and hard money lending.

After attending many seminars which inevitably had a primary motive to sell me a book or course on how to make money in real estate, it was really refreshing to actually learn from seasoned professionals about their experiences in the business. Being in real estate for 8 years, this is the first time I walked away from a real estate seminar with more useful knowlege about the industry than when I've come in. Being able to get my questions answered by the speakers after, particulary with Matthew Ownens, has made me very confident in my future endeavours in Real Estate. Thanks Matt!

Michael J. Donovan IIIOverall I was happy with the event and I would return to experience again depending on the topic that month. I really like that it was not a sales pitch and the 3 person panel and moderators were very sincerely and real investors making money in this very real economy. I am very new to RE Investing even though I have decades of professional experience as an Architect, General Contractor and Real Estate Developer of major projects. I need to learn to how to invest and rehab on a much smaller scale than I am accustom to with my own money at risk. I liked the diversity of people and experience that I saw in the room. When I learn more about this industry and get myself into looking at more deals, I will have more questions to ask and these "meetups" will be more productive for me. Until then...
